With features like advanced critical control verifications, comprehensive incident management, customizable workplace inspections, and robust safety conversation tracking, Safety+ provides real-time data and intuitive analytics to proactively manage risks and ensure a safer work environment.
For this project, the client seeks a sophisticated security system to enhance worker safety on mining sites, addressing persistent challenges with accidents and injuries despite existing safety protocols. They require a system that integrates CCTV footage with automated tracking technologies to effectively manage these issues. Specifically, the system must utilize advanced algorithms to identify hazardous zones, monitor and analyze worker movements to ensure safety, detect potential hazards in real-time, and provide timely alerts to mitigate risks and address safety concerns proactively.
We played a pivotal role in the project by developing and fine-tuning a stable diffusion model tailored to meet the client’s specific needs, ensuring optimal performance for the safety monitoring system. Additionally, we designed and implemented a comprehensive MLOps pipeline that streamlined data preparation processes, including image annotation through SageMaker, and managed cloud infrastructure using Terraform. Our efforts also included extensive hyper-parameter tuning to enhance model accuracy and reliability.
